The Business Continuity Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring patient care continuity during disruptions at our healthcare facilities.

About the Role
  • Contribute to disaster resilience by effectively coordinating and managing business continuity planning, response training exercises, and validation across all sites.
  • Assist with establishing systems for collecting, analysing, and reporting data to ensure effective and safe management of business continuity and resource outage planning.
  • Identify and assess potential risks related to business continuity and resource outage planning, recommending strategies to minimise or eliminate risks.
  • Develop, review, and maintain procedures and guidelines for best practice management.
  • Participate in Disaster Resilience Committees, including exercises and initiatives conducted by these committees.
  • Conduct and schedule exercises for business continuity across all sites.
  • Assist with developing and implementing hazardous materials management programs.
