About You

We are looking for a Retail Transformation Consultant with extensive Convenience retail knowledge with experience in:

Defining Strategy and transformation roadmaps

  • Developing thought leadership and innovative thinking within the convenience retail sector
  • Demonstrable experience in Strategic consulting activities for complex organizations and delivering large-scale projects and programs

Process and technology experience in the following areas/capabilities:

Site Operations, back office and head office retail transformations

Physical to Digital Retail Transformations – (E-Commerce)

Customer Experience & Experience Design

Store Optimisation

Frictionless Customer Experience
