Responsibilities:

  • Support store operations, including team management, stock control, and customer experience.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming environment for customers and team members.
  • Model exceptional customer service, teamwork, and brand values on the shop floor.
  • Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store is always beautifully presented.
  • Take ownership of daily operations such as opening/closing, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Help identify and share customer feedback with headquarters, playing a key role in the loop between customers and the wider team.
  • Support training and development of team members as the store grows.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of retail leadership experience, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail.
  • A natural communicator and team player who leads with kindness and confidence.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and pride in work, noticing the little things.
  • A customer-first mindset and genuine love of making people's day.
