An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, building strong relationships with Australian Apprentices (AA) and employers to improve retention, completion, and satisfaction rates. As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective apprenticeship arrangements from sign-up to completion.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sign-up: Administer face-to-face (including electronically), resulting in completed Training Contracts signed by all parties.
- Assessment Services: Assess suitability of Australian Apprentices (AAs) for the apprenticeship.
- School Engagement / Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with schools and key employers.
- Mentoring and Personal Support Services: Evaluate interest in Mentoring and Support Services at sign-up to aid completion.
A satisfactory police record check and current Working with Children Check (Employee) are required for this role. A current and valid driver's licence is also necessary.
About the Role:
You will work closely with the client to ensure that apprenticeships are set up successfully and that all parties are satisfied with the outcome. This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
