Regional Sales and Commercial Operations Lead

As a senior leadership position, you will be responsible for leading sales and commercial operations in the APAC region.

This role will drive regional growth for the business by managing wholesale, distributor, and online sales. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Setting and achieving ambitious revenue and margin budgets for the APAC region;
  2. Developing localized promotional strategies with the marketing and buying teams;
  3. Expanding direct-to-customer and marketplace operations into new markets;
  4. Managing stock, range, promotions, and pricing with the marketing and merchandising teams;
  5. Developing wholesale relationships with regional retail customers;

Experience Required:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience leading wholesale and distributor sales teams in Australia and internationally;
  • E-commerce and digital experience;
  • Proven P&L leadership experience;
  • Knowledge of the wholesale and retail environment;
  • Project management skills and up-to-date knowledge of online marketing and measurement trends and best practices.
