We are seeking an experienced and qualified Systems Analyst (Design & Engagement Lead) to lead our Digital Experience & Engagement initiatives. This role will focus on designing inclusive, multilingual digital platforms - particularly for non-profit organisations and communities that are often underserved by emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Consulting: Providing strategic consulting services to clients, advising on IT solutions and best practices to meet business objectives.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Working closely with users to formulate and document precise business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of desired outcomes and system needs.
- UI / UX Design: Designing intuitive, accessible interfaces for multilingual users, including seniors and individuals with low digital literacy.
- Client Relationship Management & Community Engagement: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and ensuring that IT and cybersecurity strategies align with their goals.
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring junior analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Essential Qualifications:
- Australian work rights and relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Visu++.
- Familiarity with tools used to audit websites against WCAG accessibility standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and training skills.
- High level of cultural sensitivity and empathy.
