As a key member of our operations team, the Divisional Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring seamless support across various divisions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and organized individual to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate operational and administrative duties and tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Initiate, track, and resolve human resource issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Direct enquiries and requests to relevant business areas, offering expert advice on documents and engagement opportunities.
- Facilitate the provision of messages and advice from senior leaders to staff within the division and wider organization, ensuring prompt document flow.
- Oversee the end-to-end life cycle of parliamentary document records across the division, adhering to prescribed processes and procedures.
- Manage budgetary functions, including monthly performance reporting, budget tracking, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Proven ability to provide high-level executive support, managing complex tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in performing budget management functions, including tracking, reporting, and implementing corrective actions.
- Proficiency in initiating, tracking, and resolving human resource issues, ensuring progress and resolution.
