Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate operational and administrative duties and tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Initiate, track, and resolve human resource issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Direct enquiries and requests to relevant business areas, offering expert advice on documents and engagement opportunities.
  • Facilitate the provision of messages and advice from senior leaders to staff within the division and wider organization, ensuring prompt document flow.
  • Oversee the end-to-end life cycle of parliamentary document records across the division, adhering to prescribed processes and procedures.
  • Manage budgetary functions, including monthly performance reporting, budget tracking, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to provide high-level executive support, managing complex tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in performing budget management functions, including tracking, reporting, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Proficiency in initiating, tracking, and resolving human resource issues, ensuring progress and resolution.
