**Key responsibilities include**:

- coordinating the delivery of submissions, documentation, proposals and initiatives requiring departmental or divisional responses on behalf of the Associate Director General
- liaising with key departmental officers within Housing and Homelessness Services, as well as other departmental divisions, to ensure the effective preparation and coordination information requests
- supporting the Manager in providing high level specialist advice and support to the Associate Director-General in relation to stakeholder and client related matters
- responding in a timely manner to all requests for information from the Offices of the Minister and the Director-General, which includes requests from Electorate offices and the Department of the Premier and Cabinet
- undertaking or assisting various research or analytical tasks relating to the operations of the division
- remaining abreast of emerging issues impacting on the portfolio and providing advice to the Associate Director-General and other executives on appropriate courses of action
- assisting in the management of the Office of the Associate Director-Generals mailbox.
- ensuring compliance with information management and recordkeeping requirements
- working with agility and flexibility to meet changing team and divisional needs.
- supporting and helping maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
