Job Description:We are seeking an Operations Manager to manage and provide leadership to the administrative staff within the Division of Critical Care. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high performing, family centred administrative support service.
The Operations Manager will provide leadership, performance management, training, development and advice for the administrative staff in the Division of Critical Care. They will also support and contribute to the Divisional Leadership team to ensure Critical Care service delivery and service improvement is in line with the strategic and operational priorities of the Division.
- Manage and lead administrative staff in the Division of Critical Care
- Provide leadership, performance management and training to administrative staff
- Support and contribute to the Divisional Leadership team
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in managing administrative teams. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective administrative processes
- Mentoring and coaching administrative staff to achieve their full potential
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
