We are seeking a skilled and experienced product development manager to lead our private label product development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive sales growth, profitability, and delivery of high-quality products to outdoor enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy that meets sales, profit, and delivery targets.
  • Sales and Performance Management: Drive sales growth, improve profitability, and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining compliance with brand values and contractual obligations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Effectively manage sourcing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Project Management: Oversee all deliverables to ensure alignment with brand values, contractual obligations, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in product development and management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of China sourcing and supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Passion: A passion for delivering great products for outdoor lovers is essential.
