We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an In-House Repair Representative II.
This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of servicing and repairing medical products at established repair sites or service centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform in-house servicing and repair of medical devices using established procedures and techniques.
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established diagnostic methods.
- Conduct maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired medical devices to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Analyze product failure trends and serviceability issues to identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field; vocational or technical education (Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar) required.
- A patient safety mindset and a quality-focused approach to work.
- Knowledgeable in SAP system and competent in systems, techniques, and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
