Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for logging product experience forms from customers into our complaints system.
  • You will prepare basic work order quotes for customers not covered by a service contract.
  • You will manage the documentation and logistics of incoming and outgoing medical equipment.
  • You will assist with unboxing and packing medical equipment before and after repairs.
  • You will organize the shipment of loan equipment to customers.
