We're looking for a highly skilled and organized Maintenance Manager to lead our team in maintaining our Maritime products and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing and managing maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability of our assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of skilled technicians and tradespeople to maintain our XL autonomous underwater vehicles. They will also establish forward operating facilities and infrastructure for test and maintenance activities.

A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules. This includes creating maintenance documentation, such as manuals and standard practices, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, preferably in a high-tech industry. They will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Suitable trade or engineering qualification
  • 7-10+ years of experience in maintenance management
  • Proven experience in influencing and engaging customers
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies and facilities
