Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with our brand promise and customer charter commitments.
  • Guide customers through the resident journey, from initial inspection to move-in, building orientation, rental payment, and complaint support.
  • Manage resident move-ins and outs, including pre-move communications, apartment checks, arrival and orientation, pre-departure inspections, and condition reports.
  • Support leasing processes to maximize returns and mitigate downtime, including conducting leasing inspections and engaging with residents on retention strategies.
  • Implement a resident community program and promote initiatives to increase resident engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in asset management or hospitality is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume customer-facing and administrative roles is highly desirable.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement abilities are necessary.
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints and solving problems with positive results is essential.
  • High-level IT proficiency, with experience in Salesforce and StarRez, is desired.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent License is preferred.
  • A First Aid Certificate is also beneficial.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is highly valued.
