
Project Scheduler Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Planner to join our team. As a Planner, you will play a key role in planning and scheduling projects from inception to completion.
Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, detailing proposed activities, durations, and resources. You will also define and implement Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and allocate dates, durations, constraints, logical links, resources, and external links.
Additionally, you will progress schedules according to the project controls procedure, produce timely reports for internal and client review, and update project schedule activity durations and resource allocations as required. Your expertise will also be essential in developing accurate resource forecasts, providing input to project reports, and setting up contractual deliverable measurement systems.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification is preferred, along with recognized project planning/scheduling qualifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced MS Excel skills are also necessary.
We offer a hybrid approach to working, with the option to work from home at least three days per week. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your planning expertise to our team and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
