Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing Integrated Project Master Schedules, providing scheduling, earned value, and project controls reports.

About the Role

The Project Planning Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining Integrated Project Master Schedule for External Maintenance Availabilities and Maintenance Window Opportunities.
  • Regularly analysing IPMS and managing schedule variance and float.
  • Producing and evaluating project management information from IPMS.
  • Ensuring all planning interfaces and inter-dependencies are fully captured in the IPMS.
  • Producing and maintaining critical path analysis and key event/milestones plan.
  • Identifying quantitative schedule risk through analysis of IPMS.
  • Supporting the Production Manager in preparation of weekly project reports and ad-hoc reports.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
  • Working experience in earned value analysis, critical path method & associated reports.
