Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key client relationships within the media and agency sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver innovative marketing solutions that meet client objectives.
- Oversee project management to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Present and communicate marketing strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize data to inform decision-making and improve client campaigns.
- Maintain industry knowledge to provide up-to-date and effective marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes.
- Create and implement strategic PR and communications plans that align with clients' objectives.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of PR campaigns, including media outreach, content creation, event planning, and social media management.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide regular reports to clients.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts across various platforms.
- Secure media coverage in top-tier outlets to enhance clients' brand visibility and reputation.
- Develop compelling content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media updates, and more.
- Ensure all content is aligned with clients' brand voice and messaging.
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and research departments, to deliver integrated communication solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and feedback.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign progress and results.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the PR, media, and agency sector.
