DSM is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our Food Safety Business team. This is a permanent full-time on-the-road sales role that offers a flexible work environment with a balance of home and customer site work.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales revenue in Regulatory Departments and Key Accounts in food safety across ANZ.
  • Responsible for salesforce activities such as providing quotations to customers.
  • Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking, and to achieve revenue and profitability targets for DSM products.
  • Support customers on-site validations and execute experimental protocols to gain qualifications and order success.
  • Partner with Business Managers and Application Teams on customer visits to provide strong commercial support, and assist in the promotion of food safety products at marketing events and activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, global training programs, organize workshops and seminars regionally.

You Bring

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biomedical Science or equivalent.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development or 4-5 years of relevant experience in medical device, scientific technical equipment demonstration. 2 years of food safety experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and established track record in effective leadership talents which includes people development in channel partners.
  • Preferably working knowledge of food safety diagnostic kits.
  • Possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate strong passion to understand and network with Food Safety industry.
