Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on increasing revenue and generating new business opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with clients to communicate product updates, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement key account plans to manage growth and retention of top accounts.
  • Provide responsive and efficient management of client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
  • Actively engage with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial objectives and drive business growth.
  • Adhere to OFX's credit, risk management, and group policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a finance or business-related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or transactional banking.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of the accounting and payments industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in client or account management.
