About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Executive to join our Developer Sales team at REA Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our Sales Managers and Account Partners to optimize campaigns and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in training newer members of the team
  • Be proficient in system processes & procedures and keep team across updates/changes
  • Attend fortnightly Account Executive stand ups across all states to share any learnings and increase team efficiencies
  • Support the Sales Manager by being proactive in coordinating quarterly 'Team Building' exercises as well as intermittent client and inter office events
  • Weekly meetings with Account Partners to discuss support in their week to week objectives
  • Assist Account Partners with high level client conversations in Account Partners absence
  • Help maintain existing smaller clients with support from Account Partners
  • To be the secondary point for clients with regards to customer service enquiries
  • Attend client visits with Account Partners in order to learn the sales process
  • Proactively support Account Partners including but not limited to contract preparation, building media schedules and sales collateral
  • Provide regular subscription reporting and end of campaign reports as required
  • Provide analysis and data to AMs to support ROI discussions
  • Work closely with Digital Campaign Managers to ensure campaigns are optimised and delivering on clients expectations
  • Weekly reporting on available inventory
  • Highlight additional revenue opportunities when applicable
  • Ensure image and brand reputation is managed
  • Participate in training of new products as and when required
Requirements
  • Someone with a few runs on the board - prior experience in a similar role supporting a busy sales team
  • Tertiary education in Marketing, Communications or Business is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of media processes and strategies would be ideal
  • Experience liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment
