We are seeking an experienced Concession Manager to lead our Myer Northland store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize available data and reports to identify key insights and inform business decisions that drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and provide regular feedback to your team to ensure they understand our products and are customer-led in their approach.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead the team to deliver exceptional store operations, including effective stock management, loss prevention, and safe working practices.
  • Talent Attraction and Retention: Attract, engage, and retain top talent, building a strong succession plan to ensure the continued success of the store.
  • Safety and Wellbeing: Maintain a safe working environment for team members and visitors, promoting wellbeing and providing support when needed.
  • Roster Management: Build and maintain compliant rosters that balance customer needs with team requirements.
  • Brand Knowledge: Understand the brand strategy and communicate its importance to the team, ensuring everyone contributes to delivering exceptional results.

About You:

  • You possess a genuine passion for fashion and alignment with our CRG Values.
  • You have strong leadership skills, a professional personal presentation, and the ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • You have experience managing performance, productivity, training, and development within a team, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service.

Benefits and Salary:

Our Concession Manager position offers a competitive remuneration package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus quarterly incentives and seasonal product allowances.
