The Role:- Build a culture that prioritizes people development and creates excitement around inventory control and stock movement
- Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to inspire continuous improvement
- Elevate your team through coaching, mentoring, and empowering them to achieve accuracy in store inventory levels
- Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key events and peak trade periods to drive revenue growth
