We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Provisional Psychologist to join our team in delivering early intervention and therapy services to children and families. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maximisation of independence and participation for our clients.

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify goals and areas of need.
  • Provide education, support, and information to clients and their families.
  • Develop functional and routine-based goals with clients and their families.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions and resources.
  • Monitor progress and set new priorities in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • SUPPORT INCLUSION AND PARTICIPATION IN COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication and support.
  • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement through regular evaluation and review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology with current registration with the relevant governing body.
  • Possess a passion for making therapy fun, engaging, and meaningful for families.
  • Be able to provide counselling and offer knowledge of therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and parents.
  • Have experience in completing risk assessments and mental health assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary checks and certifications, including registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, and possession of a Driver's License and Vehicle.
