  • We are seeking a skilled Wind Operational Reliability Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be at the centre of efforts to ensure our wind assets operate safely, efficiently, and with maximum availability. This involves conducting FMECA and reliability reviews to inform strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FMECA and reliability reviews to inform strategy development.
  • Monitor and interpret condition monitoring data and turbine performance trends.
  • Analyse real-time and historical operational data in collaboration with the Operations Diagnostics Centre.
  • Own and develop asset intelligence systems to track performance trends.
  • Collaborate with OEMs, research partners, Asset Services, and site teams to address systemic reliability challenges.
  • Assess and apply emerging technologies (drones, digital twins, AI-based analytics) to enhance asset management.

You may be an experienced engineer from the renewables sector or have transferable skills from another heavy industry. What matters is your ability to apply reliability engineering principles and asset management practices to improve performance across distributed assets.
