Maximise wind portfolio performance with our pivotal Wind Operational Reliability Engineer role.
Responsibilities- Inform strategy through FMECA and reliability reviews.
- Monitor condition monitoring data and turbine trends to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Operations Diagnostics Centre on real-time and historical data analysis.
- Develop asset intelligence systems to track performance trends and optimise operations.
- Work with OEMs, research partners, Asset Services, and site teams to resolve systemic reliability challenges.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (drones, digital twins, AI-based analytics) for enhanced asset management.
- Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering degree qualification.
- Experience applying Reliability Engineering techniques and Asset Management principles.
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment requirements and practical application.
- Ability to provide clear technical support to diverse and geographically spread teams.
- Well-developed analytical skills, including root cause analysis and performance diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Possess Chartered Registration with Engineers Australia or be eligible/willing to obtain it.
