Financial Accountant Position

About the Role
  • This position is responsible for handling key accounting and reporting functions, including accurate and timely monthly accounting for assigned corporate entities.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to maintain and update HFM Smart View reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available to stakeholders.
  • Support the Financial Reporting Manager in preparing files for interim and annual ASC reporting.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Accurate and timely completion of monthly accounting tasks for assigned corporate entities.
  2. Maintain and update HFM Smart View reporting to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information.
  3. Support the Financial Reporting Manager in preparing files for interim and annual ASC reporting.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field with 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  5. Strong understanding of accounting standards and their application in management reporting and best practices in a corporate environment.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  7. Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
