**About the Role**:

Mulgowie seeks an experienced HR/Recruitment Specialist to provide support to our organisation. This role is crucial in ensuring the provision of efficient, responsive and high-quality HR services across the business.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively follow up required documentation to complete the onboarding process
  • Drafting contracts and letters of offer
  • Process all employee lifecycle events to a high quality and agreed service levels
  • Drafting HR correspondence and ongoing maintenance of various HR systems, registers and reports
  • Maintaining data within the HRIS and filing systems
  • Updating compliance documents and relevant paperwork
  • Support HR projects

**Profile Requirements:**

  • Previous experience with Blue Collar recruitment
  • Self-motivated, well organised and able to handle a variety of tasks whilst having high attention to detail
  • Ability to work without constant supervision
  • You will be a team player, with proven communication skills enabling you to establish and maintain effective relationships
  • Highly internal customer focused
