About the Role

• Full-time, Permanent Role
• WA Territory – with a strong metro hospital focus
• Diverse Portfolio – including capital equipment and surgical consumables
• Represent cutting-edge technology across critical care, anaesthesia, surgical, and recovery fields
• Work within both public and private hospitals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influential KOLs and clinical stakeholders
• Work closely with a tight-knit and supportive team, both locally and nationally
• Some interstate and overseas travel required

Who We're Looking For

This role suits a confident, motivated and strategic professional who can navigate complex hospital systems and enjoys working in the operating theatre and surgical environments.

Ideal Background:

• Experience in medical devices, hospital sales, or surgical environments
• Background in nursing, science, healthcare, or business (degree/diploma preferred)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with clinical and commercial teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive territory growth and influence KOLs
• Operating theatre, anaesthesia or surgical experience highly regarded
• Open to candidates from clinical or healthcare backgrounds ready to step into industry
• Full Australian working rights and valid Driver's Licence required
