Leadership Opportunity: Guest Experience Host Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our front desk operations, ensuring a warm, professional, and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day front desk activities, including greeting and registering owners and guests, managing bookings, and providing information on local area attractions.
- Support the Front Office Manager with administrative duties, reporting, and communication tasks.
- Utilize coaching and leadership skills to elevate the performance of your team.
- Promote a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
- Proven ability to achieve targets in a sales-focused role.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to success.
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
- High levels of computer literacy.
- Experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous.
- Problem-solving skills and flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays.
