Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to manage our reception and administrative tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, time management abilities and experience in a similar role to apply for this position.

  • Incoming mail and package management
  • Customer service and support
  • Front desk duties including meet and greet responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks related to accounts receivable

The ideal candidate will have high level communication skills, be able to manage their time effectively and have confidence answering phone calls.

In return for your contributions, you will be offered full-time hours and a competitive rate of pay. This is an immediate start opportunity.
