Energy Operations and Sales Manager

Oversee the energy requirements of our portfolio, including powering HVAC systems, lighting, vertical transport, and essential infrastructure. We facilitate the supply of energy to our retailers through on-selling arrangements.

You will lead the management of operations and sales to our energy customers, coordinating service providers and engaging directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations, billing, and sales, including management of sales service providers
  • Develop pricing strategies to achieve group goals
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations (Energy, Consumer, Retail Leases)
  • Develop and gain approval for customer contracts
  • Prepare and gain approval for pricing strategy and individual offers
  • Ensure operational compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage Customer Care - investigation, resolution, and/or escalation of Customer issues
  • Provide general commercial support for group operations
