The Role

This pivotal role will play a key part in shaping Squadron Energy's strategic direction by developing and refining our Portfolio Strategy.

You'll lead the development and ongoing evaluation of the Portfolio Strategy, ensuring it aligns with both Sales and Asset Portfolios.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive risk management policies and associated metrics.
  • Develop market forecasts and perform forward curve analysis to identify trends.
  • Supervise wholesale market performance tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights.

About You

You will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in energy market analytics, portfolio strategy, and risk management.
  • Proven track record in executing successful energy portfolio strategies.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
