Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist for Temporary Role

We are seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist to cover a temporary full-time role for three months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team, providing exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent reception services to clients and patients
  • Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient care
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, billing, and inventory management
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and staff to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary reception role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a rotating weekday roster (8am-6pm) without weekends or public holidays
