Technology Change Program Specialist

The Technology Change Program (TCP) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of this strategic initiative.
This position is responsible for coordinating program schedules, managing stakeholders, and ensuring seamless collaboration, communication, planning, and organization throughout the program's lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate complex program schedules and manage stakeholder expectations through effective design, development, and implementation strategies.
- Proactively identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues, implementing targeted strategies to minimize impact and maintain momentum.
- Collaborate in the planning and coordination of the program by attending meetings, documenting meeting agendas, capturing attendance, minutes, and actions.
- A tertiary qualification in business administration, governance, or project management, or substantial experience in program coordination within government or similar organizational settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in project administration coordination, including governance forums management, reporting, financial management support, risk management, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in managing administrative and financial aspects of programs or projects, preferably within a local government context.
