**Overview**
Reporting to the Technology Director of Retirement & Superannuation Solutions (R&SS), you will be responsible for end-to-end program change to deliver on RSS Technology strategy, business growth and client outcomes globally. The role will be working with Project Managers to lead and, in some instances to be "hands-on" with internal and external communications, and training and stakeholder engagement and the overall activities to ensure business readiness to adopt the change.
**This is a 6 months Fixed term contract role with potential extension.
**Key Accountabilities and main Responsibilities**
Strategic Focus
- Establish and maintain a change management capability which supports the project delivery process
- Nurturing agile ways of working with the Retirement and Superannuation Solution project team to embed an effective operating model.
- Uplifting the business change culture.
Operational Management
- Create and deliver a communication plan, considering the use of different types and combinations of channels to all effectively reach impacted stakeholders
- Manage and deliver agreed change management program within the agreed timeframes
- Develop agreed list of change management artefacts to support the change management team in delivering a seamless program for the varied levels of change within the business
- Overall responsible for stakeholder impact assessments, hyper-care support, benefit realisation and handing over to BAU
- Continuous improvement to strengthen our processes as part of the change agenda
People Leadership
- Work with stakeholders to understand business impacts and use this as the foundation for the impact assessment plan
- Facilitate change management meetings with assigned working groups/representatives
- Work with Learning & Development for the successful delivery of training programs for
- assigned changes
- Provide support to Project Managers that are delivering change management within a project
- Professionally represent The Link Group in client meetings, external and industry forums
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality in line with Link's core values.
Governance & Risk
- Facilitate hypercare to successfully embed change and manage change resistance
- Reporting - provide enterprise and client reporting within a regular and agreed timeframe
- Delivery a monthly Change Management update for Executive reporting
- Govern and maintain all change artefacts and the intranet site
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive identification of potential issues
- Contribute to the review of initiative successes through participation in Post Implementation Reviews and tracking value of change
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Support Link Group to deliver effective risk management and compliance practices
- Enhancing and extending our risk and controls framework to Change management practice
**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Change Manager in project-based environments
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of motivation, innovation, and initiative
- Commercial, risk aware and outcomes focused
- Ability to work across Link Group organisational boundaries and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver required outcomes.
