Finance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, monitoring and managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budget tracking, forecasting, and audit preparation.

  • Support financial operations through reconciliations, journals, and analysis
  • Monitor and manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and audit preparation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across a dynamic branch
  • Contribute to policy, report drafting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support key financial activities
Requirements
  • Must have current Australian working rights
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal history check
  • Some intra-state travel and after-hours work may be required
About You
  • Strong experience in finance administration, preferably within government or large organisations
  • Confidence using financial systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
