This includes handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers, receipt of payments from customers, and maintenance of accurate financial records.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and processing financial transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers and receipt of payments from customers
  • Preparing payment batches and ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier payments
  • Monitoring customer accounts for timely receipt of payments and following up on outstanding balances
  • Performing regular reconciliations of bank accounts and customer accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
