Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, recruiting and mobilizing top talent. You will be responsible for managing job advertisements, sourcing candidates from databases, LinkedIn, and referrals, coordinating interviews, offers, pre-employment paperwork, and onboarding.

You will also work closely with supervisors and managers to forecast labour needs and pipeline talent. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mining recruitment and mobilisation, a solid understanding of site access and onboarding processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high volumes without sacrificing attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job ads and database sourcing
  • Coordinate interviews and offers
  • Prepare pre-employment paperwork and onboard new employees
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mining recruitment and mobilisation
  • Solid understanding of site access and onboarding processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes without sacrificing attention to detail
