Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Project Lead to drive high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and quality standards.

This role involves managing complex projects end-to-end, coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors while aligning deliverables with organisational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-impact projects, including SolvInjury and other People & Culture initiatives.

  • Manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.

  • Capture requirements from stakeholders and ensure outcomes align with organisational priorities.

  • Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead, ideally with exposure to People & Culture / HR transformation initiatives.

  • Previous experience delivering projects in similar case management platforms highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors and holding them accountable for outcomes.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.

  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
