Epicor Kinetic ERP Implementation Manager

This is a strategic project management opportunity to bring structure, clarity, and focus to delivery by leading the implementation of our new Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
The successful candidate will engage and indirectly manage a team of dedicated SMEs across the business to understand business requirements, develop a software roadmap aligned with business needs, and drive bottom-line efficiencies/results.
This is an ideal role for a seasoned project manager who can drive disciplined execution, align people, process, and technology, and unlock the next stage of our company's success.
About You- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in a project management role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of software development, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure
- Successfully implemented a Tier 2 ERP solution, preferably Epicor Kinetic
- A strong background in project management principles and methodologies
- Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, particularly Epicor Kinetic
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Develop a software roadmap aligned with business needs
- Drive bottom-line efficiencies/results
