Overview

Lead ERP Transformation in a National Manufacturing business. Hidrive is a proudly Australian, market leading manufacturer with operations across the country. We are embarking on a major transformation, the implementation of our new Epicor Kinetic ERP system, and are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to take the lead.

This is more than just delivering a project — it's an opportunity to shape the future of a thriving national manufacturer. You'll work closely with stakeholders across all functions, guiding subject matter experts. As the Project Manager, you'll bring structure, clarity, and focus to delivery, steering one of our most significant initiatives, driving disciplined execution, aligning people, process, and technology, and unlocking the next stage of Hidrive's success.

About you

Your focus will be on the internal project lead for Hidrive's ERP implementation project. You will lead the project, engage and indirectly manage a team of dedicated SMEs across the business to understand business requirements across functions, develop a software roadmap aligned with business needs, and drive bottom line efficiencies/results.

Mandatory qualifications and minimum experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a project management role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of software development, systems architecture, and IT infrastructure
  • Successfully implemented a Tier 2 ERP solution, preferably Epicor Kinetic
  • Experience with project management frameworks and methodologies
