Your Day-to-Day

As a Demi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving a wide range of dishes, including hot and cold options, eggs, vegetables, fruits, rice, and farinaceous dishes. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with guests and internal customers, provide direction to kitchen staff, and implement hotel and department regulations, policies, and procedures.

What We Need From You

We are looking for a strong and flexible individual who can lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 50lbs (23 kg), and who has a good grasp of reading, writing, and basic math. You will also need to be able to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and comply with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol.
