As a National Pallet Operations Manager, you will oversee the efficient management of pallets across our national network. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery to major customers while minimizing costs and losses.

About the Role
  • Manage all aspects of pallet operations, including daily reconciliations and monitoring pallet flows through warehouses, 3PLs, and transport providers.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, focusing on prevention of pallet loss and errors.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to train and coach them in best practices for effective pallet control.
  • Lead a small team and drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pallet control, logistics, or warehousing within the FMCG sector, with a strong understanding of CHEP and Loscam systems.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in logistics, supply chain, or related fields, preferably with a certificate or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful reporting.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation and reporting.
