Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic retail environment? As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital part in our team's success by ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise throughout our warehouse.

Job Description:

Forklift Driver

Moves pallets of merchandise using electric forklifts and pallet jacks on the sales floor. Stacks merchandise from partial pallets onto full pallets and wraps in plastic wrap to ensure high-quality presentation.

Ensures that all pallets placed in steel meet our company standards and follows proper safety procedures to prevent accidents.

Assists with stocking merchandise, clearing the sales floor of debris, and checking signs for accuracy.

Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills with experience in sales or merchandising
  • Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, and appliances is beneficial
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are required
  • Basic math skills and data entry abilities are necessary
