About Our Role

As a member of our Transaction Advisory Group, you will deliver top-tier financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients.

Our team specialises in buy-side and sell-side engagements focusing on quality of earnings, cash flow analysis, working capital reviews, and key business drivers.

You will lead financial due diligence projects to assess risks, deal breakers, and business strengths.

Aligning findings with client investment strategies and industry benchmarks.

Analysing financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management.

Preparing deal-focused reports and presentations highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements.

Managing client relationships, meetings, and execution matters.

Collaborating with senior professionals to address engagement and transaction risks with creative solutions.

Supporting business development and managing engagement logistics including billing scope changes and engagement letters.


What You Need to Succeed

As a Manager Associate Director, you will have at least 3-4 years of experience in a FDD role along with a background in a Big 4 environment.

CPA or CA qualified.

Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience with data analytics and visualisation software also preferred.

Willingness to travel within Australia where practical and possible.

A driven professional with positive interpersonal and communication skills that fit into our culture.
