About the Role:

  • Tax, workers' compensation, award interpretation and superannuation management are key tasks.
  • Data validation and payroll import accuracy checks.
  • Payroll tax and superannuation reconciliation is a daily challenge.
  • Preparing general ledger journals and analyzing payroll reports.
  • Variance analysis of payroll data.
  • Month-end reporting and reconciliations for payroll deductions.
  • Calculate and update staff leave entitlements and summaries.
  • Responding to payroll queries and requests.

Your Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in managing high-volume staff pools.
  • Understanding various Employment Awards.
  • Managing fast-paced payroll cycles with efficiency.
  • Preceda system proficiency (advantageous).
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superb communication skills.
