About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the return to work and injury management process for our employees.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring return to work plans, as well as providing expert advice on workers compensation legislation and rehabilitation best practices.

They will collaborate with team leaders to identify suitable duties and support workplace adjustments, while also maintaining accurate documentation and case notes in line with legislative and internal standards.

About You
  • You will have previous experience in return to work, injury management or occupational rehabilitation.
  • You will be experienced in working in a large, complex, and multi-site organisational environment with a national footprint.
  • You will have strong knowledge of federal, state, and territory workers compensation legislation.
  • You will possess highly refined communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust.
  • You will have an empathetic and person-centred approach.
