About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional people leader to join our Bupa Optical Bondi Junction store, where our friendly and committed team of Dispensers and Optometrists are ready to welcome a new leader.

As the leader of this high-end eyewear store, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a first-class experience for all customers. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and vibrant store environment, driving sales, and achieving operational excellence. Building community relationships and clientele will be a major focus as we service new and existing customers.

This is a full-time permanent position, working 38 hours per week, with primary hours Monday to Friday and weekends off. You will have opportunities for self-development and growth, with the support and direction of senior leadership.

About You

Ideally, you will have optical or solid retail store leadership experience and be keen to showcase this in an organisation that values contribution. You have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a brand name retail store. You are focused on your people and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

You will also need a current working with children blue card (or ability to obtain).
