Venue Support Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Venue Support Assistant to join our team.

The Venue Support Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café, events, and theatre shows. This includes collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

  • Setting up the cafe for daily operations
  • Preparing and serving menu items and specials
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Assisting with theatre shows and events
  • Providing quality service of hot and cold beverages
  • Operating the POS system and adhering to cash handling guidelines

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrated experience in cafe, catering, or related fields
  • Experience in food handling safe practices
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold RSA or willingness to obtain if successful
