- Drive business success by supporting key KPIs—including sales, customer experience, safety, labour and COGS.

- Ensure smooth venue operations—managing presentation, cleanliness and efficiency so every customer has an epic experience.
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment (hospitality, retail, fitness or recreation).

- A passion for coaching and developing young teams, with experience leading, mentoring and motivating 16–24-year-olds.
